Thank you to Mrs Eve Ascough who wrote the following letter to the Morley Observer about our Christmas Concert at Morley Town Hall.
This Concert was' a credit to everyone'.
Through your paper my family and I would like to express our absolute delight after attending an evening at Morley Town Hall where we were entertained by pupils from years three, four, five and six from Morley Victoria Primary School.
We sincerely wish to thank the headmaster, Mr Richard Elstub and all his staff who put in so much time, effort and enthusiasm to produce such an excellent concert.
We were entertained with singing (with sign language), a short nativity spoken in French, violin, woodwind and brass ensembles and some of the most fun Christmas songs which had us all foot tapping and singing!
All the children were abolutely wonderful and looked great in their white shirts, gold ties and dark trousers.
It was indeed a very happy festive occasion and one that all the audience of approximately 500 thoroughly enjoyed.
The school is an absolute credit to every one. To the staff and to everyone at Morley Victoria, have a wonderful New Year.
Wow! What a wonderful response to the "Bag2School" for Children in Need raised £180.

Loading up the Christmas Shoeboxes to go to The Church of the Nazarene. We collected 238 gift boxes for Operation Christmas Child. They were sent to orphaned children in other countries.
