Teaching schools are good and outstanding schools that work with others to provide high-quality training and development to new and experienced school staff. They are part of the Government’s plan to give schools a central role in raising standards by developing a self-improving and sustainable school-led system.
The National College for Teaching and Leadership aims to run a network of 600 teaching schools making significant improvements in the quality of teaching, leadership and pupil attainment.
At Morley Victoria we have chosen to be part of a partner of the Noctua Teaching School Alliance. We are an outward facing school and know that being part of such an alliance will help us to develop professional relationships with colleagues across the city to help us to grow and develop as a school. We will also be able to help and support other schools in Leeds to develop further too. For more information please see:
