School Development Plan

This is a document that sets out the development priorities; what the school will be working on during the current academic year and how we will aim to achieve everything within it. This is also linked to the school finances.

We have designed a special version of this document for the children so that they are aware of what we will be working on in school. For the older children this can be found in their planners. We discuss the content with the children in class and during assemblies.

This document has been written by the Senior Leadership Team in conjunction with the Governing Body and Owlcotes MAT.
