LEEDS SAFEGUARDING CHILDREN partnership

The Leeds Safeguarding Children Partnership is a vitally important agency incorporating Children’s Social Work Services, the local council ‘Children and Families’ workers, the NHS and West Yorkshire Police. These agencies work together to ensure that the key document of ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ is upheld and the statutory responsibilities are accounted for among a variety of educational establishments.

On the website (the link is available below) you can find information as a parent about car safety, online safety, social media and security settings, fostering, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, and advice about whether your child is old enough to be left on their own. This is just a few things – there is a wealth of information should you need it. It’s a great resource!
